Currently, we offer one-off services, monthly retainers and service-based packages. Our favorite part is listening to you—your needs and requirements. If your business needs don’t align with the packages we listed, no problem! We can create a fully customized package for you.
SIGNING A CONTRACT
Following the discovery call, the decision to work together is yours to make. Subsequently, we will put a contract in place. The contract includes:
- Agreed-upon milestones and deliverables.
- A specified time frame for service completion.
- Our average response time for addressing your concerns and questions.
- Assurance of delivering the previously agreed-upon deliverables.
PAYMENT TERMS
We have an account with Invoice Ninja, making it convenient for you to easily pay with your credit card. Additionally, we can receive payments directly via PayPal and Payoneer. We can generate and send the invoice to you, allowing you to pay in just a few clicks. With a signed contract in place before we commence work, both of us are protected.
Payment terms entail a 50% advance payment, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the work.
COMMUNICATION
We typically prefer communication via email or Slack, doing our best to respond promptly, taking into account any time zone differences and other commitments. We prioritize responsiveness and transparency. Whether you have a concern, question, or comment, we will reply as soon as we can. There are no separate charges for emails and messages.

IS A DIFFERENT TIME ZONE AN ISSUE?
Absolutely not! We are based in the Central European Time Zone, but being in a different zone is not an issue at all. We can tailor our schedule and workload to partially overlap with time zones in the USA and Canada to facilitate and prioritize prompt communication.
