1. Service Provider
Services are provided by Sonja Marinkovic PR Digital Bridge, trading as Digital Search Hero.
2. Services
I offer SEO consulting services tailored to each client’s goals. Depending on the agreed scope, this may include SEO strategy, technical SEO, local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, content planning, E-E-A-T improvements, AI visibility review, light conversion optimization, and reporting.
3. Package Types
I offer one-off projects, monthly retainers, and custom packages built around your specific needs. If none of my standard packages fit, I’m happy to put together something tailored to your situation.
4. Engagement Format
Following a discovery call, if we agree to move forward, I’ll put a written agreement in place covering the agreed scope, deliverables, timeline, and communication expectations before any work begins.
5. Fees and Payment
Payment terms are 50% in advance, with the remaining balance due on completion (for one-off projects) or billed monthly in advance (for retainers). Invoices are sent via Invoice Ninja, with payment accepted by credit card, PayPal, or Payoneer.
6. Late Payment
A grace period of 5 calendar days applies after each invoice due date. If payment isn’t received within that period, work may be paused until the balance is settled.
7. Access and Client Inputs
To do the work properly, I’ll need timely access to your website, CMS, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, analytics, and other relevant tools. I also rely on timely feedback and key business context (priority services, locations, and similar) to keep the engagement moving.
8. Communication
I typically communicate by email or Slack, and aim to respond promptly with time zone differences in mind. There’s no separate charge for messages or emails. Retainer engagements typically include a regular check-in call; specifics are confirmed in the written agreement.
9. Scope Changes and Specialist Services
The agreed fee covers the scope in the agreement. Additional calls, expanded deliverables, or specialist services like PR and link building are handled through vetted partners and billed separately unless explicitly included upfront.
10. No Performance Guarantee
I don’t guarantee specific rankings, traffic, lead volume, or revenue. This is a professional consulting engagement, results depend on many factors outside my control, and I’ll always be upfront about what’s realistic.
11. Confidentiality
I treat client information as confidential, and won’t reference your brand, business, or results publicly (including for case studies) without prior written approval.
12. Time Zone
I’m based in the Central European Time Zone, but that’s rarely an issue in practice, I adjust my schedule to overlap with US and Canadian working hours when needed.
13. Termination
Either party may end the engagement with written notice. Unless otherwise agreed, termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
14. Formal Agreement
These Terms are a general summary. Specific engagements are governed by a signed agreement covering the full scope, timeline, and terms for that project.
